1. Controller

2. What we collect

Account data from Google sign-in: name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier.

Content you submit (reference links, briefs, uploads) and what NicheCut generates for you.

Technical data: IP address and request logs for security, abuse prevention and daily usage limits.

Payment data is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we receive order and subscription status, not your full card details.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service (contract), to secure it and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), to meet legal and tax obligations, and to answer your requests.

4. Processors

We use service providers to run NicheCut: hosting and networking (VPS provider, Cloudflare), AI model providers (OpenRouter, fal.ai, video-animation providers, GPU hosting such as Vast.ai), Google (sign-in) and Paddle (payments). They process data only to perform their service for us.

5. Retention

Downloaded reference media is kept only as long as needed for analysis and your project, and deleted automatically after 30 days. Your projects are kept while your account is active; you can delete them at any time. Security logs are kept up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a short-lived sign-in security cookie and your language preference. No advertising cookies.
